Our test laboratory employs a versatile technician able to execute all our standard tests, as well as special tests for process development, analysis, liquids and materials evaluation or customer specific requests. All our test equipments are automated using proprietary Labview programs. All tests have a complete traceability, using our own database, linked to the assembly CAM.
The complementary competences of our employees allow us to create the right test bench to match to our customers needs.
We have tested the sprayability of a large variety of liquids with our MEMS piezo-electric atomizers :
- H2O, distilled, deionized
- Aqueous solutions and suspensions
- Asthma medications, solutions and nano-particle suspensions
- Insulin
- Fine fragrances
- Air freshener scented liquids
- Liquid insecticides
- Various solvents, DMM, DPnP, DPG, Isododecane, others and combinations thereof
- Ethanol and ethanol based formulations
- Some aromatherapy liquids
- Denatured alcohol
- “Exotic” liquids like diesel fuel and AdBlue aqueous solution
