Our packaging know-how relates to minimal internal volume design of the fluidic parts, ranges from simple driver electronics to more complex compliance monitoring and sensor based systems and to rapid prototyping.We try to approach as much as possible a pre-industrial version of the packaged device and to concentrate on reliability of the demonstrators and prototypes. We perform manufacturability and cost-analysis studies for our customers.
